Terms and Conditions
By participating in the VSPR Affiliate Programme, affiliates agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in suspension, removal from the programme and/or reversal of commission.
Voucher Code & Promotion Guidelines
- Only valid and authorised codes provided directly by VSPR or AWIN may be promoted.
- Codes issued for specific channels (including email, social, app or exclusive partnerships) must not be shared or used elsewhere.
- "Click to reveal" functionality may only be used where a valid code is available.
- All offers must be clearly described prior to user interaction.
- Expired codes must be clearly marked as expired if displayed.
- Student discounts and key promotional periods (including Black Friday and Cyber Week) must not be promoted without prior approval.
Unauthorised or misleading promotion of codes will result in commission being declined.
Email Marketing
All email marketing activity must be approved in advance by the VSPR team.
Google Shopping
Affiliates are not permitted to run Google Shopping or Bing Shopping campaigns promoting VSPR.
Linking
- Affiliates may deeplink to relevant product, category or campaign pages.
- Linking via splash pages or methods that interfere with tracking is not permitted.
Product Feed
Product feeds are updated regularly. Affiliates are responsible for making reasonable efforts to ensure pricing and availability are accurate.
Validation
- Commission validation period: 30 days
- Commission will not be paid on returned or cancelled orders
VSPR reserves the right to decline or reverse commission where necessary.
Affiliate Approval
All affiliates are reviewed on application. VSPR reserves the right to decline, suspend or remove any partner at its discretion.
General
VSPR reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of any updates.
In the event of any dispute, VSPR's decision shall be final.
Please note - this programme operates with a 7 day closure notice period.
