Service Overview
Nextory is a subscription‑based digital service providing unlimited access to audiobooks and e‑books via app and web. Subscriptions are sold directly to consumers on a monthly, auto‑renewing basis.
Valid Conversions
- A valid conversion occurs when a user successfully signs up for a paid subscription (or converts from a free trial, where applicable).
- Only new customers are eligible where stated in the programme terms.
- Multiple free trials or accounts created to gain incentives are not permitted.
Free Trials & Promotions
- Free trials are limited to one per user/household.
- If the user does not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to paid.
- Affiliates must clearly communicate trial conditions and auto‑renewal to users.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Users may cancel at any time via their Nextory account.
- Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds are issued for partially used periods, except where required by local consumer law.
- Cancelled or refunded subscriptions may be reversed or invalidated for commission purposes.
Acceptable Promotion Practices
Affiliates must:
- Use approved creatives, claims, and messaging.
- Avoid misleading statements about pricing, “free” access, or content ownership.
- Not encourage account sharing, trial abuse, or artificial sign‑ups.
Content & Usage Rights
- Content is licensed, not owned by users.
- Use is strictly personal and non‑commercial.
- Title availability may change due to licensing; affiliates should not guarantee specific books.
Account Misuse & Fraud
- Nextory may suspend accounts or reverse commissions in cases of:
- Trial abuse
- Duplicate or self‑referrals
- Incentivised or misleading traffic
- Abnormal usage patterns may lead to conversion rejection.
Changes to Service or Terms
- Nextory may update pricing, plans, or service features.
- Material changes affecting users or affiliates will be communicated where required.
Legal & Compliance Notes
- The service operates under German/EU consumer law.
- Affiliates must comply with Awin policies, local advertising rules, and data‑protection requirements (e.g. GDPR).
