Understanding the context of the guidelines

MISSION STATEMENT

“Changing people’s financial future for the better.”

Introduction

These brand guidelines have been created to support with the execution of all brand assets created for Fynla customer facing assets and activity. This document should be used to ensure that the brand meets Fynla’s values whilst ensuring the right perception of the brand.

This will include:

  • Brand identity
  • Brand quality
  • Brand consistency

Objectives

BRAND IDENTITY

Helping everyone understand who we are and what we stand for through our brand identity. Our identity is the entry point for all our customers.

BRAND QUALITY

Safeguarding the quality of our brand represents the quality of our company. Quality is the first thing that customers will remember.

BRAND CONSISTENCY

Ensuring that the brand is consistent no matter where you are in the world or which part of the business you are in. Consistency is essential.

Colour palette

Using our colour palette

PRIMARY COLOURS

Raspberry pink: #E83E6D Horizon blue: #1f2a44 Eggshell: #F7F6F4

Primary palette used for main colours throughout the template. This should be used for text, backgrounds, and core visual elements. Base colour should be used for background treatments or contrast text.

~50-70% of visual weight.

SECONDARY COLOURS

Secondary palette used for contrasting or complimentary colour components within the brand includes CTAs, secondary priorities and may include backgrounds. They should not be used as a primary colour.

~20-30% of visual weight.

TERTIARY COLOURS

Tertiary palette should only be used for highlights, key focal points or specific/relevant incubated campaigns.

~5-10% of visual weight.

Typography, patterns & imagery

Overview

PATTERNS — GRADIENT

Gradients are used in backgrounds and effects. Gradients should be subtle and either same tone or primary colour blends only. These should only be used in elements provided either in linear format (either 0% or 45% on plain backgrounds) or radial format (image backgrounds).

IMAGERY

Imagery should have a photo finish with vibrant colours for contrast and a contemporary feel. The tone of imagery should be natural, approachable and ideally in-situ, leaning away from corporate.

TYPOGRAPHY

Fynla logo: Planet Estyle. Fynla assets: Segoe UI.

Logo font should only be used for logo usage and specific design cases which are not font reliant for users. All other copy for assets should use Segoe UI.

Colours: Horizon Blue (#1f2a44), Raspberry Pink (#E83E6D). Position: Blue 30%, Pink 100%. Gradient settings: Type Linear, Angle 315 degrees.

Colours: Raspberry Pink (#E83E6D), Horizon Blue (#1f2a44). Position: Pink 30%, Blue 100%. Gradient settings: Type Linear, Angle 315 degrees.
