· Commission will be paid on site-wide voucher codes or voucher codes issued specifically for affiliate use. We reserve the right to reject commission requests on all other voucher codes, such as those issued as part of our email, direct mail or social media programmes.
· Affiliates shall not carry out any paid search activity using our brand name, URL or any misspellings or derivatives of our brand name or URL.
· Affiliates must at all times be responsible in their use of the GettingPersonal trade mark term and avoid use which may be interpreted as "spamming" or misrepresenting GettingPersonal.
· Any breach of these rules will result in reversal of commissions for that month and exclusion from the program.
· In the event that you cease to work with, or are removed from the GettingPersonal programme, you are required to remove all content relating to GettingPersonal from your website other related activities within seven (7) days.
