1. Commission & Performance
We offer a base commission of 10% on all valid sales.
Validation Period: 30 days (standard industry window) to allow for order fulfillment and return processing.
Cookie Period: 30 days.
2. PPC & Search Policy (Strictly Prohibited)
To protect our brand identity and marketing costs, affiliates are NOT allowed to:
Bid on our brand keywords (e.g., "Gootium", "Gootium bags", "Gootium coupons") in any search engine (Google, Bing, etc.).
Use "Gootium" in their display URL.
Direct link to our site via PPC ads.
3. Promotion & Content Guidelines
Affiliates should promote Gootium as a high-quality, durable canvas bag brand suitable for workwear, flannel, and rugged casual styles.
All promotional content must be authentic and align with our brand’s professional and hardworking aesthetic.
Coupon Sites: Only official coupons provided through the Awin interface are allowed. Promoting expired or unauthorized codes may lead to commission cancellation.
4. Social Media & Influencer Policy
Content creators must disclose their affiliate relationship in compliance with FTC (US) or local advertising regulations (e.g., using #ad or #affiliate).
Prohibited content includes any offensive, misleading, or deceptive materials.
5. Right to Terminate
Gootium reserves the right to remove any partner from the program and decline commissions if any of the above terms are breached.
