Program Terms & Conditions – CPA Affiliate Program
1. Commission Structure (CPA)
Affiliates will earn a commission based on a percentage of the net sale value (excluding taxes, shipping, and returns).
Standard Commission: 17% per confirmed sale
Commission is paid only on completed and non-refunded transactions.
2. Cookie Duration
A cookie window of [30] days applies. Sales made within this period after a user clicks an affiliate link will be attributed to the affiliate.
3. Allowed Traffic Sources
Affiliates may promote using:
Content websites, blogs, and SEO
Social media platforms (including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
Email marketing (opt-in only)
4. Prohibited Traffic & Activities
The following are strictly prohibited:
Brand bidding on keywords including “[Your Brand Name]” or variations
Misleading claims, false advertising, or unrealistic product promises
Spam (email, comments, or messages)
Use of unauthorized coupon or deal sites unless approved
5. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates must:
Accurately represent products and pricing
Use only approved creatives (if provided)
Avoid claims that violate platform policies (especially TikTok/Meta)
6. Order Validation & Payment
Orders are validated within [30 days] after purchase
Commissions are paid after confirmation and subject to Awin payment cycles
Cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders will not be eligible for commission
7. Returns & Chargebacks
If an order is refunded or charged back, the corresponding commission will be reversed.
8. Intellectual Property
Affiliates may not use the brand name, logo, or trademarks without permission, except for approved promotional use.
9. Program Modifications
We reserve the right to update commission rates, terms, or program structure at any time with notice via the Awin platform.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to remove affiliates from the program for violations of these terms or for inactivity.
