By joining the BAMPO Affiliate Programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Programme Participation
Affiliates must promote BAMPO in a lawful, ethical, and brand-appropriate manner. Misleading, false, or unauthorized use of BAMPO branding is not allowed. - Commission Structure
Commission is paid only on valid, completed purchases made through approved affiliate links. Cancelled, returned, or refunded orders will not be eligible for commission. - Tracking & Cookies
Sales are tracked via Awin affiliate links and cookies. BAMPO is not responsible for tracking issues caused by incorrect link usage or third-party technical errors. - Brand Guidelines
Affiliates must only use official brand assets provided through Awin. Any modification of logos, images, or creatives without permission is not permitted. - Paid Advertising
Bidding on BAMPO branded keywords or running paid ads that compete directly with BAMPO official campaigns is not allowed unless explicitly approved. - Content Policy
Content must not include offensive, misleading, or inappropriate material. BAMPO reserves the right to reject traffic that does not align with brand values. - Termination
BAMPO reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time in case of violation of these terms or harmful activity. - Programme Changes
BAMPO may update commission rates, terms, or programme structure at any time without prior notice.
