CSS Policy:
- Allowed: We fully support CSS partners and encourage Google Shopping activity.
- Brand Bidding: Partners are permitted to bid on brand terms (Indigo & Ivory) within Google Shopping and CSS environments.
- Support: A full, high-quality product feed is available and updated daily to support your AI bidding strategies.
Search (PPC) Policy
- Direct to Site: No direct-to-site PPC is allowed on search engines (Google/Bing) unless you are an authorised CSS partner.
- Negative Keywords: All publishers must add 'Indigo & Ivory' as a negative keyword in standard text-ad campaigns to avoid competing with our internal brand ads.
Voucher & Discount Code Policy
- No Voucher Sites: We do not allow 'Voucher', 'Coupon', or 'Deal' sites onto this programme.
- Commission Suppression: If a sale is generated using a discount code that was not explicitly issued to you via Awin, we reserve the right to set the commission for that sale to 0%.
- Last Click Wins: We use Voucher Code Attribution. If a customer uses a code assigned to a specific influencer, that influencer will receive the commission regardless of other clicks.
Content & Social Media
Content Guidelines:
- Publishers are encouraged to use original photography or the high-res assets provided in our 'Creative' folder.
- All social media promotions must include appropriate disclosures (e.g., #ad or #affiliate) in line with ASA/local regulations.
