1. This program operates with a 7-day closure notice period, in alignment with our Awin agreement.
2. All publishers must comply with FTC disclosure guidelines and all applicable advertising regulations.
3. Promotions must align with GirlGem's feminine, aesthetic brand voice and must not contain misleading, offensive, or adult content.
4. GirlGem reserves the right to terminate any publisher's participation in the program for violation of these terms.
5. All commission calculations are based on net product sales, excluding taxes, shipping, and additional fees.
