Noviterum Branding Guidelines
Publishers must represent Noviterum in a premium, trustworthy, and compliant manner at all times. Brand messaging should be clear, accurate, and consistent with the positioning of Noviterum as a high-quality wellness and food supplement brand.
The Noviterum brand name must always be written as Noviterum. No altered spellings, abbreviations, or misleading variations may be used. Publishers may not use the brand name in domains, social handles, display URLs, paid search ad copy, or unauthorised creatives unless expressly approved in writing.
All promotional content must remain factual and must not include misleading, exaggerated, medicinal, or disease-related claims. Publishers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Nahrungsergänzungsmittelverordnung (NemV), the Heilmittelwerbegesetz (HWG), and Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 on nutrition and health claims. Only advertiser-approved product claims, descriptions, creatives, and coupon codes may be used.
Publishers must not present Noviterum products in a way that is deceptive, inappropriate, offensive, or harmful to brand reputation. Promotion alongside illegal, adult, discriminatory, or otherwise unsuitable content is prohibited.
Noviterum reserves the right to request changes to branding, messaging, or placements at any time, and publishers must comply promptly.
