BIOVELVET™ Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the BIOVELVET™ affiliate programme. By joining our program on Awin, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These rules are designed to protect the BIOVELVET™ brand while ensuring a fair and profitable partnership for our affiliates.
1. Paid Search (PPC) Policy: CLOSED BIOVELVET™ operates a strict closed PPC policy. Affiliates are not permitted to bid on brand terms, misspellings, or variations of our brand name across any search engine (including Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc.).
Restricted Terms include but are not limited to: BIOVELVET, Bio Velvet, BioVelvet Cream, BioVelvet Skincare, biovelvet.co.uk.
Affiliates must negative match our brand terms in all broad-match PPC campaigns.
Direct linking to the biovelvet.co.uk website from paid search ads is strictly prohibited.
Affiliates are not allowed to use the BIOVELVET™ brand name within their display URL in any paid search advertising.
Breach of this policy may result in immediate suspension from the programme and the reversal of pending commissions.
2. Discount Code & Voucher Policy
Affiliates may only promote discount codes that are explicitly provided through the Awin platform or directly by the BIOVELVET™ affiliate management team.
The promotion of unauthorized codes (such as exclusive email codes, internal employee codes, or student discounts not meant for affiliates) is strictly prohibited.
If a sale is generated using an unauthorized voucher code, the commission for that sale will be declined.
Affiliates must clearly state the terms of any promotional code (e.g., minimum spend, expiration date, or "new customers only" rules, such as the 30% first-purchase welcome offer).
3. Commission & Sales Validation
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Because we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee to our customers, affiliate commissions will only be validated after this period has passed.
Commissions are paid on the final basket value, excluding VAT, shipping charges, and any applied discounts.
Sales will be declined if the order is cancelled, returned, refunded, or flagged as fraudulent.
4. Brand Representation & Medical Claims
Brand Name: The brand should always be written as BIOVELVET™ (or BIOVELVET) and never misrepresented.
Medical Claims: While our product is highly effective and recommended by professionals, BIOVELVET™ is classified as a cosmetic skincare product. Affiliates must not make guaranteed medical claims or position the product as a registered pharmaceutical drug. Please stick to the messaging provided in our official Awin creative and copy (e.g., "helps soothe," "supports visible recovery," "calms irritated skin").
Affiliates must not use deceptive, misleading, or sensationalized copy to drive clicks.
5. Website & Domain Registration
Affiliates are not permitted to register domain names or subdomains that include the BIOVELVET brand name or confusingly similar variations (e.g., https://www.google.com/search?q=biovelvet-reviews.com, buybiovelvet.co.uk).
Affiliates must not make their website look like the official BIOVELVET™ website, nor should they pass themselves off as the official brand.
6. Social Media & Email Marketing
Affiliates are welcome to promote BIOVELVET™ on their own social media channels. However, posting affiliate links on the official BIOVELVET™ social media pages (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) is strictly prohibited.
Email marketing is permitted, provided the affiliate is fully compliant with GDPR and UK spam laws.
7. Right of Termination BIOVELVET™ reserves the right to terminate any affiliate's participation in the programme at any time, without prior notice, if they are found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions or engaging in unethical marketing practices.
