By joining our program, you agree to abide by our terms and conditions.
We expect all publishers to represent the Lameda brand in a professional and ethical manner.
Any publisher found breaching these terms will be suspended from the program, and any pending commissions may be declined. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
Brand Bidding: Affiliates are NOT permitted to bid on Lameda brand terms, misspellings, or variations on any search engine (including but not limited to Google, Bing, Yahoo). Examples of prohibited terms: "Lameda", "Lameda Cycling", "Lameda Apparel", "Lameda promo code", etc.
Direct Linking: Affiliates are NOT permitted to link directly to the Lameda website from search engine results pages.
Display URL: Affiliates are NOT permitted to use the word "Lameda" or any variation in their display URLs or ad copy title.
Negative Keywords: We request that affiliates add "Lameda" as a negative keyword in their broader cycling/apparel PPC campaigns to avoid broad match triggering.
Penalty: Any affiliate found violating our PPC policy will be immediately suspended from the program and all pending commissions will be cancelled.
