1. Acceptance of Terms
By applying to or participating in the Code Beautiful Affiliate Programme, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Code Beautiful reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Eligibility
Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and operate a valid website, blog, or social media platform that aligns with our brand values and target audience. Code Beautiful reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
3. Affiliate Links and Tracking
Approved affiliates will receive unique tracking links to promote our products. These links are used to track referrals and sales. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring correct implementation of tracking links.
4. Commissions
Affiliates earn a 2% commission on qualifying sales generated through their affiliate links.
- Cookie Duration: 30 days
- Validation & Payments: Commissions are validated and paid via the affiliate network according to its payment schedule and policies.
5. Prohibited Practices
Affiliates must not engage in the following:
- Fraudulent Activity: Including click fraud, cookie stuffing, or fake transactions
- Misleading Promotion: False or exaggerated claims about products
- Inappropriate Content: Illegal, offensive, or harmful material
- Brand Bidding: No bidding on brand keywords or variations without prior written approval
6. Term and Termination
This agreement remains active until terminated.
- Affiliates may leave the programme at any time
- Code Beautiful may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for violations or harmful activity
7. Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use Code Beautiful branding and marketing materials solely for promotional purposes. All rights remain with Code Beautiful.
8. Limitation of Liability
Code Beautiful shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from participation. Total liability will not exceed the commissions paid in the previous three months.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Participation is subject to our Privacy Policy. Affiliates agree to comply with applicable data protection laws.
10. Amendments
Code Beautiful reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation indicates acceptance of any revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to UK jurisdiction.
