By joining the Dr Stine UK Affiliate Programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By applying to or participating in the Dr Stine UK Affiliate Programme, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Dr Stine reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
2. Eligibility
Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age and operate a valid website, blog, or social media platform that aligns with the Dr Stine brand, values, and target audience. Dr Stine reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion and may request additional information during the approval process.
3. Affiliate Links and Tracking
Approved affiliates will be provided with unique tracking links via the affiliate network. These links must be used correctly to ensure accurate tracking of referrals and sales. Dr Stine is not responsible for any loss of commission due to incorrect implementation of tracking links.
4. Commissions and Payments
Affiliates earn commission on qualifying sales generated through their affiliate links.
- Cookie Duration: 30 days
- Commission is calculated excluding VAT, delivery costs, and other additional fees
- Commissions are subject to validation and approval
Payment Terms:
Payments are processed through the affiliate network according to its payment schedule and minimum payout thresholds.
5. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates are expected to promote Dr Stine in a professional and ethical manner. All promotional content must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading. Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising standards and disclosure regulations.
6. Prohibited Practices
Affiliates must not engage in any of the following:
- Fraudulent activity, including click fraud, cookie stuffing, or artificial traffic generation
- Misleading or false claims regarding products or offers
- Unauthorised use of brand terms in paid search (brand bidding)
- Promotion on websites containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Misrepresentation of affiliation with Dr Stine
7. Term and Termination
This agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by either party. Dr Stine reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account immediately if there is a breach of these terms or activity deemed harmful to the brand.
8. Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Dr Stine trademarks, logos, and approved marketing materials solely for promotional purposes. All intellectual property rights remain the property of Dr Stine.
9. Limitation of Liability
Dr Stine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate programme. Total liability shall not exceed the commissions paid to the affiliate in the preceding three months.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Affiliates must comply with all applicable UK data protection laws, including GDPR. Participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of Dr Stine’s Privacy Policy.
11. Amendments
Dr Stine reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified via the affiliate platform or email where applicable.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
