Terms and Conditions

Brand & IP Guidelines:

  • To protect the integrity of the Intuitive Psychology®️ methodology and brand:
  • The terms “Intuitive Psychology®️” and “Intuitive Psychology Association” must not be misrepresented or rebranded
  • Affiliates may not create derivative training, courses, or products using IPA intellectual property
  • Brand messaging must reflect accuracy, ethics, and depth - avoiding exaggerated or misleading claims
  • Only approved promotional materials, creatives and messaging by IPA may be used 
  •  

Marketing Restrictions:

  • Bidding on brand terms (including “Intuitive Psychology”, “IPA”, or variations/misspellings) is not permitted without prior written approval
  • No use of spam, purchased traffic, click exchanges, or misleading advertising methods
  • Only approved promotional materials and discount codes from IPA may be used 
  • Only coupons specifically approved for affiliates will be considered for commissions. If there are any sales from unauthorised codes no commission will be approved.
  • Any breach of these terms may result in removal from the programme and reversal of commissions
