Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
1. Program Overview & Commissions
Our affiliate program rewards partners for driving valid sales. Commissions are paid on the net sale amount (excluding shipping, taxes, and returns). We utilize a tiered commission structure based on publisher type and performance. Detailed rates for specific publisher segments (Content, Cashback, Voucher, etc.) are available within the "Commission Groups" tab of the Awin interface.
2. Search Engine Marketing (PPC) Policy
To maintain brand integrity and manage acquisition costs, we operate a strict PPC policy:
Brand Bidding: Publishers are prohibited from bidding on brand name terms, including misspellings and variations (e.g., [Brand Name], [Brand Name Coupons], [Brand Name Reviews]).
Negative Keywords: All affiliates must add brand terms as negative keywords in their search campaigns.
Direct Linking: Direct linking to the brand website via PPC ads is strictly prohibited. Traffic must be directed to the publisher's own landing page first.
Display URL: Affiliates may not use our official URL as their display URL in any search engine advertising.
3. Validation and De-duplication
Validation Period: Sales are typically validated within 30 days of the transaction date to account for order cancellations and the customer return window.
Last-Click Attribution: We operate on a "last-click" basis. If a customer interacts with multiple paid channels, the commission will be attributed to the final marketing touchpoint.
Order Adjustments: If an order is partially returned, the commission will be adjusted to reflect the final kept value of the order.
4. Voucher and Discount Code Policy
Authorized Codes: Affiliates may only promote discount codes that are explicitly provided through the Awin platform.
Expired Offers: It is the publisher’s responsibility to remove expired codes and offers within 24 hours of the end date.
Prohibited Messaging: We do not permit the use of "click to reveal" styling where no valid code is present, nor the use of terms like "cheap" or "bargain" in relation to our luxury offerings.
5. Creative and Content Standards
Brand Representation: Publishers must ensure all copy and imagery are up to date and reflect our current brand guidelines.
Social Media: When promoting via social channels, publishers must include appropriate disclosures (e.g., #ad or #sponsored) in compliance with local advertising standards.
Toolbars and Plugins: Use of software, browser extensions, or "forced-click" technology to drop cookies is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the program.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to remove any publisher from the program and decline pending commissions if these terms are breached. We provide a 7-day notice period for general program termination, though immediate suspension may occur in cases of fraudulent activity. to add your program terms.
