VIXII Affiliate Programme — Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all publishers participating in the VIXII affiliate programme via Awin. By joining the programme you agree to comply with these terms in full. VIXII reserves the right to update these terms at any time with reasonable notice given via the Awin platform.
Commission & Tracking
Commission is earned at 10% of the net transaction value, excluding VAT, delivery charges, credit card fees and any service charges. A 60-day cookie window applies. Commission is validated once the return and cancellation period has passed and the order is confirmed as a legitimate sale. VIXII reserves the right to reject commission on orders that are cancelled, returned, fraudulent or in breach of these terms.
Approved Promotional Activity
Publishers may only promote VIXII through the promotional methods agreed at the point of application. Any change to promotional method requires prior written approval from VIXII. Approved methods include content, community, email, search and behavioural retargeting, subject to the individual restrictions set out below.
Search & PPC
Publishers approved for search activity must not bid on VIXII brand terms, including the term "VIXII", misspellings of VIXII, or any variation of the VIXII brand name. Publishers must not use VIXII's brand name in display URLs, ad titles or ad descriptions. VIXII brand terms must be added to negative keyword lists. Breach of these terms will result in commission being withheld and the publisher being removed from the programme.
Brand & Creative Guidelines
All promotional content must accurately represent the VIXII brand, products and brand story. Publishers must not create their own product imagery, modify supplied assets or make product claims that are not supported by official VIXII brand copy. Given VIXII's unique positioning as the world's first demi-fine lab grown Polki diamond brand, accuracy around our heritage, craftsmanship and diamond credentials is essential. Any content VIXII deems inaccurate or damaging to the brand may result in commission being withheld pending review.
Discount Codes & Incentives
Publishers must not promote unauthorised discount codes or incentives in connection with VIXII. Any voucher or promotional code activity must be agreed in writing with VIXII in advance. Use of expired, stolen or unauthorised codes will result in those transactions being rejected and may result in removal from the programme.
Geographic Restrictions
VIXII ships to the United Kingdom only. Publishers must not target audiences outside the UK or run campaigns directed at non-UK customers. Sales generated from outside the UK will not be eligible for commission.
Content Standards
VIXII promotional activity must not appear alongside adult, explicit, age-restricted, politically sensitive or otherwise objectionable content. Publishers must not promote VIXII in any context that conflicts with our brand values of craftsmanship, heritage, sustainability and ethical luxury. VIXII reserves the right to reject commission on any sale generated through content deemed inappropriate or off-brand.
Commission Reductions
Should VIXII need to reduce the standard commission rate, publishers will receive a minimum of 30 days' notice. Reductions will not exceed 2% per change and a minimum of 90 days will pass between any successive reductions. The commission rate will not fall below 7%.
Programme Compliance
VIXII monitors publisher activity for compliance with these terms. Any publisher found to be in breach may have outstanding commission withheld, pending transactions rejected and their account suspended or removed from the programme. VIXII's decisions on compliance matters are final.
