1. Enrollment & Eligibility
Participation in the My Perfect Pet Affiliate Program (“Program”) is subject to approval. My Perfect Pet reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion. Affiliates must operate websites, social channels, or media properties that align with My Perfect Pet’s brand values and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a commission starting at 8% of Net Sales generated through their unique tracking links.
- “Net Sales” are defined as the total order value excluding taxes, shipping fees, discounts, returns, cancellations, and chargebacks.
- Commissions apply to one-time purchases and first-time subscription orders only.
- Recurring subscription renewals are not eligible for commission unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- My Perfect Pet reserves the right to adjust commission rates with prior notice.
3. Attribution & Tracking
- The Program operates on a 30-day attribution window.
- Attribution is based on last-click tracking, unless otherwise specified.
- Only orders completed within the attribution window using a valid affiliate tracking link will qualify for commission.
- Self-referrals or fraudulent transactions are prohibited and will result in commission reversal and potential removal from the Program.
4. Validation & Approval of Commissions
- All commissions are subject to a 67-day validation period from the date of transaction.
- Commissions will only be approved after this period to account for returns, cancellations, payment processing, and fraud review.
- My Perfect Pet reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions for invalid, fraudulent, or non-compliant activity.
5. Promotional Guidelines & Restrictions
Affiliates must adhere to the following:
- Accurate Representation: All claims about My Perfect Pet products must be truthful and not misleading. Affiliates may not make unsubstantiated health or veterinary claims.
- Brand Usage: Use of My Perfect Pet trademarks, logos, and creative assets must comply with provided brand guidelines.
- Paid Media Restrictions: Affiliates may not bid on My Perfect Pet branded keywords, misspellings, or variations in paid search without prior written approval.
- Prohibited Activities:
- Spam, forced clicks, or cookie stuffing
- Unauthorized coupon or deal sites (if restricted later)
- Impersonation of My Perfect Pet or misleading domain names
- Disclosure Compliance: Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with My Perfect Pet in accordance with FTC guidelines.
6. Returns, Cancellations, and Adjustments
- Commissions will not be paid on returned, refunded, or canceled orders.
- Any previously credited commissions for such transactions will be reversed during or after the validation period.
7. Termination
- Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause.
- Upon termination, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited if the affiliate is found to be in violation of these Terms.
- Valid, compliant commissions earned prior to termination may be paid after the validation period at My Perfect Pet’s discretion.
8. Modification of Terms
My Perfect Pet reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
