By joining the Dr Stine Norway Affiliate Programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By applying to or participating in the Dr Stine Norway Affiliate Programme, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Dr Stine reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
2. Eligibility
Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age and operate a valid website, blog, or social media platform that aligns with the Dr Stine brand, values, and target audience. Dr Stine reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion and may request additional information where necessary.
3. Affiliate Links and Tracking
Approved affiliates will be provided with unique tracking links via the affiliate network. These links must be used correctly to ensure accurate tracking of referrals and sales. Dr Stine is not responsible for any loss of commission due to incorrect implementation or misuse of tracking links.
4. Commissions and Payments
Affiliates earn commission on qualifying sales generated through their affiliate links.
- Cookie Duration: 30 days
- Commission is calculated excluding VAT, delivery charges, and any additional service fees
- All commissions are subject to validation and approval
Payment Terms:
Commission payments are processed via the affiliate network in accordance with its payment schedule and minimum payout thresholds.
5. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates must promote Dr Stine products in a professional and ethical manner. All marketing communications must be accurate, transparent, and compliant with applicable advertising standards and regulations.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that all promotional content clearly discloses the affiliate relationship where required by law.
6. Prohibited Practices
Affiliates must not engage in any of the following activities:
- Fraudulent activity, including click fraud, cookie stuffing, or artificial traffic generation
- Misleading or false claims regarding Dr Stine products or promotions
- Unauthorised brand bidding or use of brand terms in paid search without prior written approval
- Promotion on websites or platforms containing illegal, offensive, or harmful content
- Misrepresentation of affiliation or implying an official partnership beyond the affiliate programme
7. Term and Termination
This agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party.
- Affiliates may leave the programme at any time
- Dr Stine reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account immediately in the event of a breach of these terms or activity deemed harmful to the brand
8. Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Dr Stine trademarks, logos, and approved marketing materials solely for promotional purposes.
All intellectual property rights remain the sole property of Dr Stine. No modifications to brand assets are permitted without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Dr Stine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate programme.
Dr Stine’s total liability shall not exceed the total commission paid to the affiliate during the three months preceding any claim.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Affiliates must comply with all applicable Norwegian and European Union data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
By participating in the programme, affiliates agree to the collection and use of personal data in accordance with applicable regulations and Dr Stine’s Privacy Policy.
11. Amendments
Dr Stine reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be communicated via the affiliate platform or other appropriate channels. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.
