Prohibited Activities: Spamming, use of unauthorized creative assets, and bidding on trademarked keywords (e.g., "Gear by Gash") are not allowed.
Compliance: All promotional activities must comply with local advertising regulations and Awin’s network policies.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate partnerships if a publisher violates these terms or engages in fraudulent activity.
