FOR Living – Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the affiliate program ("Program") offered by FOR Living ("Company"). By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms.
1. Enrollment
Upon submission of your application, we will review your website(s) and notify you of your acceptance or rejection into the program within 30 days. We reserve the right to reject any application that does not meet our criteria or violates these Terms.
2. Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates are permitted to promote only offers and codes provided directly by FOR Living through the designated affiliate platform.
Keyword bidding on FOR Living’s trademarked terms, including variations and misspellings, is strictly prohibited in any search engine marketing campaigns.
Use of domain names or social media handles containing “FOR Living” or any variations thereof, including misspellings, is strictly prohibited.
3. Return Policy
FOR Living offers returns on select items in accordance with our store policy. Any returned or canceled orders that impact affiliate commissions will be reconciled at the end of each month.
4. Compliance and Enforcement
Affiliates found in violation of any of these Terms may have their commissions withheld and/or be removed from the program.
5. Commissionable Items and Orders
Commissions apply only to eligible product purchases. Taxes, shipping fees, delivery fees, extended warranties, gift cards, e-gift cards, and other non-product items are non-commissionable.
Orders will be ineligible for commissions if discounts or credits (including reward points or trade program pricing) are applied.
6. Prohibited Marketing Techniques
PPC campaigns on any search engine are strictly prohibited.
Purchasing domains that include the FOR Living brand name or misspellings is not permitted.
Affiliates may not use pop-ups, pop-unders, or other intrusive formats.
Misleading users through deceptive domain names or subdomains is prohibited.
Affiliates must not misrepresent or impersonate the FOR Living brand on social media or other platforms.
7. Coupon Code Guidelines
Affiliates may only promote codes provided directly by FOR Living or its authorized partners.
Promotion of unauthorized or third-party coupon codes is strictly prohibited.
8. Toolbar Promotion
Affiliates must obtain written approval from FOR Living before promoting through any browser extensions or toolbars.
9. Incentivized Traffic
Incentivized traffic is permitted only for approved cashback or loyalty-based partners.
10. Email Marketing
Affiliates must receive approval from FOR Living prior to executing any email marketing campaigns.
11. Enforcement of Terms
Affiliates who violate these Terms may be removed from the program and forfeit any outstanding commissions.
