Wild Affiliate & Ambassador Program Consolidated Terms & Conditions
By applying to the Wild Affiliate Program, accepting a personalized discount code, or promoting Wild products, you (the "Partner") agree to be bound by these terms. This program operates with a 7-day closure notice period.
1. General Obligations & Code Integrity
Acceptance: If you do not agree to these terms, you must not promote Wild products or use affiliate tools.
Authentic Promotion: Wild provides discount codes for the sole purpose of authentic promotion to your specific audience.
"Leaked" Codes: Partners must only use codes provided through official channels (e.g., Awin ‘My Offers’, newsletters, or direct communication). If a code is found on unauthorized "deal" aggregators, coupon sites, or "leak" databases, Wild reserves the right to:
Void or withhold pending commissions for that code.
Deactivate or replace the code immediately without notice.
Compliance: Partners are solely responsible for ensuring marketing complies with local advertising laws and must remain contactable via a valid email address.
2. Commission and Payment Policy
Eligibility: Commissions are earned only on valid, completed purchases via unique links or codes.
Exclusions: Commissions are calculated on the order value excluding shipping, taxes (VAT), and discounts.
Unauthorized Codes: A 0% commission rate applies to sales using influencer codes not explicitly approved for the Affiliate Program or unauthorized discount codes.
Deductions & De-duplication: * Commissions will not be paid on cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders.
Sales are subject to de-duplication against other channels (PPC, Email, Direct, etc.).
If a customer returns a product post-payout, Wild may deduct that amount from future earnings.
Transaction Queries (TQs): Must be submitted within three (3) months of the transaction; older queries will be declined.
3. Content Usage & Intellectual Property
Licensing: By creating content featuring Wild, you grant Wild a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and perpetual license.
Usage Rights: Wild may use your content (photos, videos, captions) for:
Paid digital advertising (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads).
Official social media, website, and email marketing.
Editing: Wild reserves the right to edit or crop content for specific ad formats.
Brand Assets: Partners must not distort or alter the Wild logo or trademarks. All brand representation must be consistent with Wild’s official presentation.
4. Ethical Promotion & Prohibited Content
Partners must act in good faith and observe IAB voucher code best practices. Prohibited behavior includes:
Spam: Using automated bots or "spam" to distribute links.
Misinformation: Making false claims about Wild products.
Inappropriate Content: Posting links on platforms containing:
Illegal, indecent, or sexually explicit material.
Hate speech, discrimination (race, sex, religion, age, etc.), or harassment.
Violence, libelous/defamatory statements, or political/highly controversial content that conflicts with Wild’s inclusive values.
Expired Offers: Expired codes must be removed or marked as expired within one working day of the offer ending.
5. Termination and Enforcement
At-Will Partnership: Either party may terminate the partnership at any time. Upon termination, you must stop using Wild’s intellectual property.
Breach of Terms: Failure to comply may result in:
Immediate removal of non-compliant content.
Withholding or reversal of commission payments.
Suspension or termination from the Global Affiliate Programme.
Notification to regulatory bodies where appropriate.
6. Program Specifics & Data
Influencer Program: Wild maintains a separate in-house program for influencers. Applications can be made via this link or Awin MID: 125830.
Privacy: Data processing is governed by Wild’s Privacy Policy. By using Wild URLs, the Partner consents to this processing.
