Wild Affiliate & Partnerships Global Programme

Terms and Conditions

WILD AFFILIATE PROGRAMME TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By participating in the Wild Affiliate Programme, the Partner confirms acceptance of, and agreement to comply with, these terms and conditions. Non-agreement prohibits participation in the Programme.

Please note – this programme operates with a 7 day closure notice period.

1. General Partner Obligations and Compliance

  • The Partner is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable advertising laws and regulations within their country of operation.
  • Partners must be contactable within a reasonable timeframe and are required to provide a valid email address for correspondence.
  • Partners shall present the brand(s) in a manner consistent with the official presentation by Wild.
  • Partners must utilize reasonable care to ensure that all marketing contains up-to-date images, ad-copy, and offers.
  • Wild reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Partner's participation in the Programme at any time for failure to comply with these terms.

2. Commission and Payment Policy

  • Commission rates are variable, determined by the order type and customer type.
  • Commission shall be calculated on the total order value, explicitly excluding shipping costs, applicable taxes (including but not limited to VAT), and any applied discounts.
  • A 0% commission rate applies to sales derived from Influencer Codes and codes not explicitly approved for the Affiliate Programme. Commission will not be paid out if an unauthorised discount code was used.
  • All affiliate sales are subject to de-duplication against other online advertising channels, including PPC Brand, PPC Generic, Email Advertising, Direct Partnerships, Price Comparison, Display & Retargeting, and other Affiliate Networks.
  • TQs must be submitted within three (3) months of the transaction date. TQs raised after this period will be declined.

3. Promotional Code and Voucher Policy

  • Partners shall only utilize coupons and promotional codes provided exclusively through the Affiliate Programme, specifically those made available in the Awin ‘My Offers’ section, Awin newsletters, or communicated by the Affiliate team.
  • Commission will be declined for sales involving an unauthorized code or an exclusive code tracked through an unassigned publisher.
  • Where voucher/coupon codes have an expiration date, this must be clearly displayed. Expired codes must be removed or explicitly marked as expired within one working day of the offer ending. Partners displaying expired codes without marking them as such may face suspension.
  • Publishers must observe IAB voucher code best practice guidelines.

4. Brand and Search Engine Restrictions (Paid Search/PPC)

  • Partners are prohibited from using, establishing, or bidding for any domain name that references a Wild Brand or Trademark, including misspellings.
    • Domain names must not mislead a consumer into believing the website is associated with Wild (e.g. https://wearewild.com/).
    • While permitted to use the directory structure https://wearewild.com/, this must not be used as a display URL in paid search listings or within an email address.
    • Affiliates must not include Wild Brand Terms, or misspelled variations, in the sub-domain of their website’s URL.
  • Partners shall not run paid search (PPC), CSS, or Display campaigns utilizing the brand’s terms without prior written consent from Wild. Any Partner found promoting Wild without their consent with paid search (PPC), CSS, or Display will be immediately removed from the Programme, and commission made on these sales will be withheld.
    • Affiliates are prohibited from using Brand with Generic Terms.

5. Prohibited Website Content

  • Any Partner website containing a link to Wild URLs must not contain content that is:
    • Illegal, or promotes, advocates, or assists any illegal activity.
    • Indecent, obscene, or contains sexually explicit material.
    • Abusive, offensive, hateful, threatening, or inflammatory, or disrespectful of privacy.
    • Promotes violence.
    • Libellous or defamatory.
    • Promotes discrimination based on protected characteristics (e.g., race, sex, religion, age).
    • Used to impersonate any person or misrepresent identity/affiliation.
    • Infringes upon any copyright, database right, or trademark of any person.
  • The Partner must not remove, distort, or alter the size or appearance of any Wild logo or Trademark, or present any false information about Wild.
  • Linking to Wild URLs must be conducted in a fair manner that does not damage Wild’s reputation or seek to exploit it.

6. Subnetwork Requirements

  • Wild will only work with Subnetworks that are fully transparent regarding their traffic sources in real time.
  • All transactions must include an identifiable Click Ref or Publisher URL passed back in the Transaction Report.
  • Subnetworks are prohibited from utilizing other Subnetworks as Sub-Publishers.
  • The Subnetwork must action any publisher removals within two working days if Wild determines the publisher to be low quality, fraudulent, or misaligned with the brand.

7. Lead Generation and Validation

  • Where Lead Generation is applicable, Partners agree that leads will be qualified. Payment will be declined for leads deemed spam, non-contactable after five attempts, duplicates, tests, or fraudulent.
  • Commissions are payable on genuine transactions and leads, which are subject to brand validation to confirm authenticity.

8. Non-Compliance and Enforcement

Failure to comply with any section of these terms may result in the following actions, among others, at the sole discretion of Wild:

  • Immediate removal of non-compliant content.
