OVERVIEW
This Affiliate Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is made by and between Buzzy.co.uk ("Company," "we," "us," "our") and you, as an Affiliate utilising the Awin platform ("You," "Your," "Affiliate").
By signing up to the Buzzy.co.uk Affiliate Programme, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read these carefully before registering. If you do not accept this Agreement, you are not permitted to promote Buzzy.co.uk via the Awin platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the programme at any time if any terms of this Agreement are breached.
AFFILIATE TERMS & CONDITIONS
You may place Buzzy.co.uk banners, links, and promotional content on your website, social channels, or within non-spam email communications. As an adult toy brand, we actively welcome bold, creative, and engaging promotional approaches that align with our fun and open brand tone.
However, all activity must remain legal, responsible, and compliant with platform guidelines.
NOT ALLOWED: Promotion on sites containing illegal content, hate speech, or non-consensual or exploitative material.
NOT ALLOWED: Spam-based marketing activity or unsolicited bulk email without prior approval.
Prior approval is required for any large-scale email campaigns referencing Buzzy.co.uk. Affiliate links may be used across websites, newsletters, and editorial or social content.
NOT ALLOWED: Displaying Buzzy.co.uk banners or links in chat rooms, newsgroups, message boards, banner networks, hit farms, counters, guestbooks, or similar environments.
NOT ALLOWED: Use of third-party software, toolbars, or forced-click mechanisms to generate traffic.
NOT ALLOWED: Triggering clicks, impressions, or sales through bots, scripts, or artificial manipulation.
Any breach may result in immediate removal from the programme and forfeiture of commissions.
EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
Buzzy.co.uk reserves the right to contact affiliates via email with programme updates, performance opportunities, promotional campaigns, and important service communications.
CHANGES TO THE SERVICE
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the affiliate programme at any time. Where possible, affiliates will be given at least 30 days’ notice of any significant changes.
LINKING GUIDELINES
Affiliates must use tracking links provided through the Awin platform. Direct linking to Buzzy.co.uk outside of Awin tracking is not permitted and may result in declined commissions.
Product links should be generated using the official product feed where available. Copying or reproducing Buzzy.co.uk content outside of approved feeds or assets requires prior permission.
COOKIES
Buzzy.co.uk operates a 30-day cookie window. Valid referrals made within this period will be eligible for commission, subject to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
NON-COMMISSIONABLE ITEMS
The following transactions are not eligible for commission:
- Returned or refunded orders
- Cancelled transactions
- Fraudulent or duplicate orders
- Purchases made by the affiliate themselves
COMMISSION STRUCTURE
We offer competitive commission rates designed to reward quality traffic and high-converting partners:
- 4% commission for email, cashback, and coupon or discount affiliates
- 8% commission for community, publisher, and media partners
We actively review performance and may offer enhanced commission rates or exclusive opportunities to top-performing affiliates.
PAID SEARCH & ADVERTISING RESTRICTIONS
PPC brand bidding is only permitted for affiliates who have received prior written approval from the Buzzy.co.uk team.
NOT ALLOWED: Bidding on “Buzzy”, “Buzzy.co.uk”, or any misspellings without approval.
NOT ALLOWED: Using Buzzy branding in ad copy, display URLs, subdomains, or misleading placements.
NOT ALLOWED: Impersonating Buzzy.co.uk across paid social or search platforms.
Any breach of PPC policy may result in removal from the programme and cancellation of commissions.
DISCOUNT CODE & VOUCHER POLICY
Only discount codes provided directly by the Buzzy.co.uk affiliate team may be promoted.
NOT ALLOWED:
- Promoting fake, leaked, or expired codes
- Misleading users with invalid offers
Any misuse will result in commission cancellation and potential removal from the programme.
CONTENT & PRESS RELEASES
Affiliates must obtain prior approval before publishing press releases or large-scale editorial content referencing Buzzy.co.uk.
We actively encourage creative, viral, and editorial-led content, but all brand references must remain accurate and aligned with our positioning.
AFFILIATE PAYMENTS
Commissions are tracked via Awin and approved once orders are confirmed, shipped, and not returned.
If an order is cancelled or refunded, the associated commission will be voided.
Only completed and validated transactions qualify for commission.
SUBNETWORK POLICY
Affiliates operating as subnetworks are responsible for ensuring their partners comply fully with these terms.
Failure to provide transparency on traffic sources or referring URLs may result in suspension or termination from the programme.
FINAL TERMS
Buzzy.co.uk reserves the right to update these terms at any time to reflect legal, regulatory, or commercial changes. Affiliates will be notified of any major updates.
