We do not consent to use our name, or trademark as a keyword in search ads including misspellings and in combination with generic words.
Prohibited Activities:
- Brand bidding is strictly prohibited. This includes the use of generic or brand typos in the company and website names, any combinations of words with our company and website names, or the unauthorized use of our company logo.
Search, behavioral retargeting, and media broker publishers are all subject to advertiser approval before being accepted onto the program.
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising: Brand bidding is prohibited. Brand bidding includes generic or brand typos in the company and website names, any combinations of words with company and website names (example kinguin, kingwin, kinquin, kingguin, kenguin, kingui, kinguing, kingquin, kinguin.net, kinguin net, kinuin, kinguilb, kinguim, kiguin, kinguiin, kignuin, penguin) or use of the company logo. Using the keyword 'kinguin' in broad matches in any search campaign is prohibited.
Not permitted activitites:
-Using codes that were not shared via affiliate channel: as Influencer codes, publisher exclusive codes
-To automatically display Kinguin coupon codes/offers from the browser plug-in for users visiting the website www.kinguin.net and its domains
-SEM activities, brand bidding
-CSS activities are allowed only with prior contact with the advertiser.
