Jack Victor Affiliate Program
Promotion Restrictions
- Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any deceptive, fraudulent, or unethical marketing practices.
- Affiliates may not bid on Jack Victor branded keywords or use any Jack Victor trademarked terms in pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns.
- Affiliates are not permitted to promote Jack Victor on websites or platforms that contain illegal, defamatory, or adult content.
Eligibility
We partner with publishers and creators whose content aligns with our brand values and aesthetic. All applications are subject to review, and we reserve the right to approve or decline participation at our discretion.
Commission Structure
- Affiliates will earn a minimum commission of 12% on qualified sales referred through approved affiliate links.
- All commissions are subject to validation and approval by Jack Victor.
- Commission rates may be adjusted at the sole discretion of Jack Victor at any time.
Cookie Duration
- The affiliate tracking cookie duration is 30 days from the user’s initial click.
Payout Terms
Commissions are paid on a Net 30 basis, meaning payments are issued 30 days after the end of the month in which the commission is approved.
Payments will only be issued for approved and validated transactions.
Termination
- Jack Victor reserves the right to terminate any affiliate relationship at any time for violations of this agreement or for any other reason deemed appropriate.
- Affiliates may terminate their participation in the program at any time by providing written notice.
Agreement Acknowledgment
By participating in the Jack Victor Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms and conditions. All affiliates are also bound by the applicable network terms of use (e.g., ShareASale or other platform, if applicable).
