Approval
All applications to join our affiliate programme are subject to review and approval. We look for partners whose platforms and audiences align with our brand values. We reserve the right to approve, decline, or terminate any partnership at our discretion and without notice.
Use of Creatives
Affiliates may use the banners, images, and links provided through the programme without modification. Our team can provide new creatives upon request and approve proposed custom creatives, please contact hello@raesoskin.com for approval before use.
All intellectual property in programme materials remains the property of RAESO Skincare, and no rights are transferred to affiliates. We grant a non-exclusive, revocable licence to use these materials solely for the purpose of participating in the programme. This licence ends upon termination of the affiliate relationship.
PPC Advertising
Affiliates are not permitted to run paid search (PPC) campaigns bidding on our brand name, product names, or closely related terms. Any sales generated through non-compliant PPC activity will be considered invalid and may result in termination of your account.
Content Standards & Promotions
Affiliates must not engage in remarketing or retargeting of our site visitors. Content published in connection with our programme must not be offensive, discriminatory, politically charged, pornographic, or otherwise harmful. Any social media content that forms part of an affiliate promotion must be clearly disclosed as such using tags including #ad, #sponsored, or #partner. We reserve the right to require removal of non-compliant content.
Promotional Codes
Only promotional codes officially issued through our Awin programme may be used. Sales generated using unauthorised or third-party codes will not be eligible for commission.
Transaction Validation
All transactions are subject to validation before commissions are confirmed. Commissions are payable only on valid conversions that meet our qualifying criteria. Orders that are cancelled, returned, or fraudulent will not attract commission. Validation is completed within 40 days of the transaction date, and only last-click conversions will be credited. Repeated non-compliance may result in cancellation of pending transactions and removal from the programme.
