1. Program Overview
The Arrtr Affiliate Program on Awin allows approved partners (“Affiliates”) to promote Arrtr and earn commissions on tracked and validated purchases. Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. Affiliate Approval
Arrtr reserves the right to approve, decline, or remove any affiliate at its sole discretion. Sites containing illegal, hateful, misleading, or inappropriate content will not be accepted. Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and Awin policies.
3. Commission Structure
Commissions are paid on validated, tracked net sales. The standard commission is up to 20% per approved order, unless otherwise specified in the Awin interface.
No commission is paid for cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or untracked orders. Arrtr reserves the right to amend commission rates at any time, including promotional adjustments or performance-based incentives.
4. Tracking & Attribution
Sales are tracked via Awin’s tracking technology. Cookie duration is 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Arrtr is not responsible for untracked transactions caused by browser settings, ad blockers, or technical issues beyond its control.
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not engage in:
• Bidding on brand terms or variations, including “Arrtr” and “Arrtr.com,” in paid search campaigns (including misspellings).
• Using Arrtr brand terms in ad copy, display URLs, or paid ads.
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, auto-redirects, pop-ups, or fraudulent activity.
• Promoting unauthorized, expired, or fabricated coupon codes.
• Misleading claims, inaccurate content, or unapproved promotional methods.
• Sending unsolicited emails without proper opt-in consent.
6. Allowed & Restricted Traffic Sources
Allowed: content sites, blogs, social media platforms, and approved publishers.
Cashback, loyalty, or incentive partners may be restricted, declined, or commissioned differently based on Arrtr’s partnership strategy.
Not allowed: adult, gambling, illegal-content sites, adware, toolbars, incentivized installs, or any traffic sources violating Awin policies.
7. Content & Brand Usage
Affiliates may use only approved creatives provided via Awin or directly by Arrtr.
Any use of Arrtr brand assets, product images, or content outside approved materials requires prior written consent. Affiliates must ensure all messaging is accurate and not misleading.
8. Coupon Policy
Only coupon codes officially provided by Arrtr or listed within Awin may be promoted. Unauthorized or expired coupon usage may result in commission rejection.
9. Order Validation & Payments
Orders are validated based on Arrtr’s return policy, fraud checks, and order confirmation process.
Due to the handcrafted nature of products and international delivery timelines, validation may take up to 60 days.
Payments are processed via Awin according to its standard payout schedule. Arrtr reserves the right to adjust or decline commissions that do not meet program criteria.
10. Program Modification & Termination
Arrtr may modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time with reasonable notice.
Affiliates violating these terms or engaging in suspicious activity may be suspended or removed without prior notice.
This programme operates with a 7-day closure notice period in accordance with Awin advertiser terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
Arrtr is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, tracking issues outside its control, or technical failures on affiliate platforms.
Affiliates agree to indemnify Arrtr against claims arising from their promotional activities or violations of these terms.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Arrtr Affiliate Program on Awin, affiliates confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
13. Content Guidelines
Affiliates are encouraged to position Arrtr as a premium, design-led brand. Discount-heavy or misleading “cheap/deal” positioning is discouraged and may impact partnership eligibility.
