1. Program
The Maniana AI Affiliate Program (the “Program”) is offered through Awin. By joining and promoting Maniana AI (“Maniana,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these terms in addition to Awin’s publisher agreement and policies.
2. What we sell
Maniana provides a no-code, AI-assisted platform with vertical applications (including Funnels, Onboarding, and Email marketing, and more to come), billed as subscription services. Only eligible paid transactions on our site, tracked in accordance with Awin’s rules and our integration, may generate commission.
3. Eligibility
We may approve or reject applications. We may remove publishers who violate these terms, Awin’s rules, or applicable law.
4. Attribution & cookies
Attribution follows Awin’s tracking (including MasterTag and our server-to-server conversion reporting where applicable). The cookie / attribution window is the one set in your Awin program (e.g. [X days] — fill in from Awin). Last-click / first-click rules are as configured in Awin.
5. Valid promotion
- Use only Awin tracking links (or approved deep links / parameters) so sales are correctly attributed.
- Disclose affiliate relationships clearly (e.g. FTC / ASA / EU transparency rules as applicable).
- No misleading claims about Maniana, pricing, features, or results.
6. Prohibited conduct (non-exhaustive)
- Fraud, incentivized clicks without disclosure where required, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, toolbar or adware traffic without approval.
- Impersonation of Maniana or our partners.
- Trademark bidding on our brand or confusingly similar terms unless we explicitly allow it in writing.
- Coupon / deal sites only with prior written approval (if you want to restrict this).
- Adult, illegal, hateful, or harmful placements.
7. Creatives & brand
Use approved creatives where we provide them. Do not alter our logo or brand assets against our brand guidelines [link if you have one].
8. Data & privacy
Comply with GDPR, ePrivacy, CAN-SPAM, and other laws. Do not scrape our site or users in violation of law or our policies.
9. Term
We may suspend or terminate the Program or your participation with notice where Awin and law allow. Surviving sections (e.g. confidentiality, limitations where allowed) continue as appropriate.
10. No guarantee of earnings
Past performance does not guarantee future results. We do not guarantee traffic, conversion rates, or income.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; continued participation after notice (or as Awin permits) constitutes acceptance.
