NVNQA

Program Terms

Affiliates must represent NVNQA accurately, professionally, and in a manner consistent with the brand’s positioning as a U.S.-focused wellness brand.

Publishers may use approved NVNQA brand assets, product names, and marketing materials only for the purpose of promoting the programme and NVNQA products. Brand assets may not be altered in a misleading, distorted, or damaging way. Affiliates may not modify logos, trademarks, product names, packaging, or official brand imagery in any manner that could confuse consumers or misrepresent the brand.

Affiliates may not present themselves as NVNQA, as an official representative of NVNQA, or as the owner of any NVNQA website, social media account, or branded channel. Any use of NVNQA branding must clearly preserve the distinction between the independent publisher and the NVNQA brand.

Affiliates may not create fake “official” pages, misleading advertorials, deceptive review pages, false endorsements, fabricated testimonials, or any content that imitates medical, clinical, or regulatory approval. Content must not imply that NVNQA products are drugs, medical treatments, or guaranteed solutions.

Brand messaging should remain consistent with lawful wellness marketing. Affiliates should use clear, responsible, and non-misleading language that aligns with general wellness positioning, including areas such as sleep support, digestive balance, stress support, energy support, focus, vitality, and daily wellness. Disease claims, exaggerated claims, and fear-based marketing are not permitted.

NVNQA reserves the right to require the removal or modification of any branding, creative asset, promotional copy, landing page, advertisement, or social content that does not meet these guidelines or that may harm the reputation of the brand.
