Harry's UK Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions
This programme is open to affiliates promoting Harry's products to UK audiences only.
Commission is payable solely on sales generated from new customers located within the United Kingdom. Returning or existing customer sales are not eligible for commission unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Commissions will only be paid upon the successful completion and fulfilment of a customer's first order. Orders that are cancelled, refunded, returned, or otherwise fail to complete successfully will not qualify for commission.
All sales must be tracked through the AWIN network and attributed via a valid, approved affiliate link, discount code, or tracking URL. Affiliates must only promote discount codes and offers provided directly by Harry's or explicitly approved by Harry's. Promotion of unauthorised, expired, leaked, or third-party codes may result in commission being declined.
All transactions are subject to validation. Harry's reserves the right to review, adjust, reject, or withhold commission on any transaction that does not meet programme requirements, including but not limited to duplicate orders, cancelled orders, refunded purchases, fraudulent activity, suspected misuse of promotional codes, or breaches of these terms.
The use of the names "Harry's", “Harry’s UK”, "harrys.com", or any variations, misspellings, trademarks, trade names, copyrighted materials, or other intellectual property belonging to Harry's in search engines, paid search advertising, directories, domains, subdomains, social handles, ad copy, display URLs, or any similar activity is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorised in writing by Harry's.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, affiliates may not engage in paid search activity, brand bidding, trademark bidding, or the use of Harry's branded terms in advertising copy, keywords, URLs, or metadata.
Any breach of Harry's intellectual property rights, trademark guidelines, affiliate programme policies, or these terms may result in immediate termination from the programme and forfeiture of any unpaid commission.
Harry's reserves the right to amend commission structures, programme terms, eligibility criteria, and promotional guidelines at its discretion. Where possible, affiliates will be notified in advance of any material changes.
By participating in the Harry's Affiliate Programme, affiliates agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable AWIN network policies.
