Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Trab Health Affiliate Program.
We appreciate your interest in partnering with us to share our mission of supporting women’s wellbeing through honest, premium, evidence-informed natural health products.
By applying to or participating in the Trab Health Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Trab Health LLC (“Trab Health”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
1. Program Overview
The Program allows approved affiliates to promote Trab Health products using unique referral links and earn commission on qualifying purchases.
Affiliates are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Trab Health.
Trab Health reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:
- Approve or deny any affiliate application
- Remove affiliates from the Program at any time
- Withhold or reverse commissions in cases of violation
Denied applications have no legal recourse.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To participate, affiliates must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate personal and business and payment information
Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies - Maintain content consistent with Trab Health brand values
- Remain within the bounds of the Trab Health Affiliate Welcome Guide
3. Commission Structure
Affiliates receive:
- 20% commission on first order of all qualifying subscription purchases
- 20% commission on all qualifying one-time purchases
Commission is calculated based on order value only and excludes:
- Taxes
- Shipping
- Payment fees
Discounts
Trab Health reserves the right to change the commission structure at any time.
4. Payments
- Payments are issued twice per month
- Minimum payout threshold: $20 USD
Trab Health reserves the right to:
- Delay payments for fraud checks
- Reverse commissions from:
- Refunds
- Chargebacks
- Cancelled orders
5. Attribution & Tracking
- Sales are tracked using affiliate links and cookies
- Last-click attribution model applies unless otherwise determined by the platform
- Tracking period – 30 days post click
Trab Health is not responsible for lost commissions due to:
- Cookie blocking
- Cleared browser data
- Incorrect link usage
- Ad blockers
- Technical platform limitations
6. Coupon Code Policy
Affiliates:
- May only promote coupon codes officially provided by Trab Health
- May not create or advertise unauthorized discount codes
- Will not receive double commission from both link + coupon attribution
7. Marketing Resources
Trab Health may provide promotional materials, including:
- Banners
- Product images
- Logos
- Videos (including VSLs)
- Copy examples
Affiliates may use these assets as provided but may NOT:
- Edit claims
- Modify messaging intent
- Change positioning
- Create misleading variations
8. Approved Promotion Platforms
Affiliates may promote through:
- Instagram
- TikTok
- YouTube
- Personal websites/blogs
- Email newsletters
- Landing pages
Other platforms may be approved at Trab Health’s discretion.
9. Paid Advertising Policy
Affiliates MAY NOT:
- Bid on brand keywords including:
- Trab Health
- Luminara
- Misspellings or variations
- Impersonate Trab Health in ads
- Use our domain as a display URL
- Direct link paid ads straight to our site
- Pretend to be the official brand
Violations may result in:
- Immediate removal
- Commission forfeiture
Legal action
10. Compliance & Claims Guidelines
Trab Health is committed to responsible, compliant communication.
Affiliates MUST NOT make:
- Medical claims
- Disease claims
- Guaranteed outcome claims

NOT ACCEPTABLE

- works instantly

11. Tone & Content Standards
Content must remain:
Respectful
Wellness-focused
Non-explicit
Affiliates must avoid:
- Graphic sexual content
- Pornographic framing
- Crude or offensive messaging
12. Disclosure Requirements
Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Trab Health in accordance with FTC guidelines.

13. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:
- Use spam or unsolicited messaging
- Use deceptive marketing
- Create fake testimonials
- Misrepresent personal experience
- Use fraudulent tracking (cookie stuffing)
- Purchase through their own affiliate link
- Promote illegal or offensive content
14. Downline / Network Commissions (If Enabled)
If network features are activated:
Affiliates may invite other affiliates using referral links.
Trab Health reserves the right to:
- Modify
- Disable
- Remove network commissions at any time.
15. Content Usage Permission (UGC Clause)
By participating, affiliates grant Trab Health a:
- Non-exclusive
- Worldwide
- Royalty-free
Perpetual license to use affiliate-created content featuring Trab Health products, including:
- Photos
- Videos
- Reviews
- Social posts
- Publication content and features
For use in:
- Website
- Ads
- Email
- Marketing materials
Trab Health may lightly edit for formatting/compliance.
Affiliates retain ownership.
16. Termination
Trab Health may suspend or terminate affiliates at any time, including for:
- Policy violations
- Misleading claims
- Brand misrepresentation
- Fraudulent behavior
Serious violations may result in:
- Immediate removal
- Commission forfeiture
- Legal action
17. Affiliate Removal Requests
Affiliates may leave the Program at any time by contacting:

18. Limitation of Liability
Affiliates are responsible for the content they publish.
Trab Health is not liable for:
- Affiliate statements
- Promotional claims
- Platform policy violations
19. Modifications to Terms
Trab Health may update these Terms at any time.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
