By joining the Frenzy Clothing Ltd. affiliate program, partners agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
1. Commission Eligibility
Commission is paid on valid, completed, and non-refunded orders only. Cancelled, returned, or fraudulent transactions will be declined.
2. Traffic & Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates must use ethical and legal methods to promote Frenzy Clothing. Misleading claims, false advertising, or impersonation of the brand is strictly prohibited.
3. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are not allowed:
• Brand bidding on search engines (including variations and misspellings)
• Use of unauthorized discount codes or misleading offers
• Cookie stuffing or forced clicks
• Spam traffic (email, comments, or messaging without consent)
4. Content & Brand Usage
Affiliates may use approved creatives and brand assets only. Any modification that misrepresents the brand is not permitted.
5. Order Validation
All transactions are subject to validation. Frenzy Clothing reserves the right to reverse commissions for invalid, duplicate, or suspicious orders.
6. Payment Terms
Commissions will be approved after the order validation period in accordance with Awin’s payment schedule.
7. Program Modifications
Frenzy Clothing Ltd. reserves the right to update commission rates, terms, or suspend/remove affiliates at its discretion if policies are violated.
8. Compliance
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, advertising standards, and platform policies.
