Cashback may be declined or reduced in the following circumstances:
- Use of unauthorised promotional codes or discounts not listed on the affiliate platform (e.g. voucher codes, student discounts, staff discounts)
- Paying for your booking using a gift card
- Purchasing gift vouchers or redeeming VIP credit
- Bookings that are not completed fully online
- Bookings completed over the telephone
- Participation in any other promotion or offer not covered within the stated cashback rates
