Commission
Affiliates will earn commission on valid sales generated through their unique affiliate links, in line with the agreed commission structure shown within the AWIN platform.
Tracking & Attribution
Sales are tracked via AWIN’s affiliate tracking technology. Commission will only be payable on successfully tracked and completed purchases.
Payment Terms
Commission will be paid in accordance with AWIN’s payment schedule and subject to Theodore Grey London’s approval of the transaction.
Order Validation
Orders may be declined or adjusted in cases including but not limited to:
- cancelled or refunded orders
- returned items
- duplicate transactions
- fraudulent or suspicious activity
- self-referrals or misuse of discount codes
Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates must:
- represent Theodore Grey London honestly and professionally
- not make false or misleading claims about products
- not use offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content
- not bid on Theodore Grey London brand terms in paid search without written permission
- comply with all applicable advertising and disclosure laws
Discount Codes
Only approved affiliate discount codes may be promoted. Unauthorised codes or promotions may result in declined commission.
Brand Use
Affiliates may use approved brand imagery and assets provided by Theodore Grey London. Brand materials must not be altered in a misleading way.
Programme Changes
Theodore Grey London reserves the right to amend commission rates, programme terms, or withdraw from the programme at any time with reasonable notice.
