APPROVAL
To join our programme we will need to approve your website. We are looking for partners in line with our goals and values. We reserve the right to decline approval, discontinue the activity or refuse participation in the programme at any time.
CREATIVITY
You can use the creatives and links provided by and included in the programme. The modification or alteration of banners, logos or links is not permitted. We are available to provide new creatives or formats if requested or to approve proposed solutions. Everything must be submitted before publication, writing to hello@sungod.co.
PPC CAMPAIGNS
Brand, product or generic PPC activities connected to our site and all the products therein are not permitted in any way. If orders are generated deriving from search engine campaigns, these will not be considered valid and we will proceed to interrupt the collaboration with the partner.
CONTENTS AND PROMOTIONS
Remarketing and retargeting activities are prohibited.
Posting offensive or discriminatory content, political, pornographic, erotic references or information dangerous to people's health is prohibited.
As an affiliate, you will be responsible for promoting SunGod's products and services. You must maintain accurate and up-to-date information in your affiliate profile, including payment details, contact information, and promotional methods. You agree not to engage in any illegal or unethical practices while promoting SunGod's or using our brand assets.
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in spamming, illegal content, or using any deceptive marketing practices. Affiliates shall not bid on SunGod brand-related keywords or use trademarked terms in PPC advertising without prior written consent. Affiliates must not use misleading or false advertising to drive traffic to SunGod's website.
Affiliates must comply with all FTC / ASA guidelines regarding affiliate disclosures. The #ad or 'Affiliate Link' disclosure must be clear, conspicuous, and placed BEFORE the link or prominently in the video/image. It cannot be buried in a cloud of hashtags at the bottom of a caption.
We reserve the right to block advertisers from posting content that does not comply with brand guidelines.
PROMOTIONAL CODES
The advertiser may only use the promotional codes, coupons, provided by in the AWIN programme. Transactions generated with coupons that are unauthorised or not provided for by the AWIN programme will not be considered or attributed to the partner.
It is not permitted to promote, share or communicate promotions or promotional codes other than those expressly provided for by the programme and authorised by the advertiser.
Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and promotional materials, provided to you by SunGod remains the exclusive property of SunGod. You may use these assets solely for the purpose of promoting SunGod's products and services as an affiliate.
Termination of Affiliate Partnership:
SunGod reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program at any time, with or without cause. Affiliates may also terminate their participation in the program by providing written notice to SunGod.
VALIDATION OF TRANSACTIONS
Before confirming the commissions, the advertiser reserves the right to check and validate the conversions and to pay only those that have been created in accordance with the general conditions.
Orders are subject to a verification process according to internal criteria and key performance indicators. Therefore, reserves the right to refuse payment of commissions on cancelled and returned orders.
Validation will take place no later than 45 days from the transaction and only valid last-click conversions will be remunerated. In the event of a violation, the advertiser reserves the right to cancel all ongoing transactions until the violation is confirmed and to terminate the partnership without notice.

Commission Structure:
Affiliates will earn a commission on eligible sales generated through their unique affiliate links or codes. Commission rates and eligibility criteria will be outlined in the affiliate dashboard and are subject to change with notice. Commissions are paid out on a monthly basis, provided that the minimum payout threshold has been met. You are responsible for registering your commissions with the correct tax authorities and you are not an employee of SunGod.
Changes to Terms & Conditions:
SunGod reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Affiliates are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms and conditions to stay informed about any updates.
Indemnification:
Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold SunGod harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their participation in the affiliate program and any actions taken as an affiliate.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the courts of England and Wales, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
By joining the SunGod Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
