By joining The Bag Syndicate Affiliate Programme via AWIN, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn 12% commission on all confirmed handbag purchases made through tracked affiliate links.

Commission is calculated on the net order value (excluding shipping, taxes, refunds, and cancellations).

2. Tracking & Attribution

3. Payment Terms

Commissions are validated and approved in accordance with AWIN’s standard validation and payment schedule.

Payments are issued directly by AWIN once thresholds and conditions are met.

4. Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates must:

Accurately represent The Bag Syndicate brand and products.

Use only approved creatives, messaging, or brand assets where applicable.

Ensure all promotional content is truthful and not misleading.

Affiliates must not:

Engage in false advertising or misrepresentation.

Bid on branded keywords (e.g. “The Bag Syndicate”, “Bag Syndicate”) in paid search without prior written permission.

Use spam, unsolicited emails, or misleading redirects.

Promote through inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful content.

5. Voucher & Discount Codes

Only approved and officially provided discount codes may be promoted.

Publishing unauthorised or expired codes may result in commission removal.

6. PPC & Paid Media

Affiliates running paid ads must not impersonate The Bag Syndicate or appear as the official brand.

Direct linking to the website from paid ads may be restricted unless approved.

7. Returns & Cancellations

Commission is only paid on completed and non-returned orders.

Returned or refunded transactions will result in commission reversal.

8. Compliance

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including:

Advertising standards

Data protection and privacy laws

Disclosure requirements (e.g. clearly stating affiliate relationships)

9. Termination

The Bag Syndicate reserves the right to:

Suspend or remove affiliates at any time for breach of terms or inappropriate promotion.

Withhold or cancel commissions generated through non-compliant activity.

10. Programme Changes

The Bag Syndicate may update commission rates, terms, or programme structure at any time. Affiliates will be notified via AWIN where applicable.
