Terms and Conditions

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE JOINING THE HOUSE OF DECANT AFFILIATE PROGRAMME.

 

Any affiliate found to be in breach of the following Terms and Conditions may have their commissions declined and risk being suspended from the programme. In serious cases, House of Decant reserves the right to immediately suspend any affiliate and decline all accrued commissions.

1. Eligibility

  • All affiliates must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Affiliates must be UK-based or operating platforms with a UK audience.
  • House of Decant reserves the right to decline any application at its sole discretion, including where the applicant's platform, audience, or content is not consistent with the brand's values, positioning, or product type.
  • All applications are manually reviewed. There is no auto-approval on this programme.

    2. Commission Rates

Commissions are paid on validated sales only, on a 30-day cookie window. Commissions are paid on the net sale value excluding VAT and delivery charges.


3. Alcohol Advertising Compliance
All promotional activity must comply with the UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) CAP Code for alcohol advertising.

  • Affiliates must not target, promote to, or direct traffic from individuals under the age of 18.
  • Affiliates must not imply that alcohol consumption contributes to social, professional, sexual, or personal success.
  • Affiliates must not feature irresponsible drinking behaviour in any creative or content.
  • Affiliates must not promote products in an environment that is primarily or significantly targeted at under-18s.
     

4. Voucher & Discount Codes

  • Only voucher and discount codes legitimately issued by House of Decant explicitly for affiliate use may be promoted.
  • All code activity must comply with the IAB UK Voucher Code Standard (https://www.iabuk.com).
  • Affiliates found promoting invalid, expired, or unauthorised codes will have associated commissions reversed and may be suspended from the programme.

    5. General Conduct
  • Affiliates must not present themselves as agents, employees, or representatives of House of Decant.
  • Affiliates have no authority to enter into any contract on behalf of House of Decant.
  • All promotional content must be honest, factually correct, and not misleading.
  • Affiliates must include appropriate disclosure where required by the ASA and CMA guidelines (e.g. #ad or #affiliate labelling in social content).
  • Affiliates must not promote House of Decant products in inappropriate environments including: any content involving illegal activity, content directed at under-18s, hate speech, or content that demeans or endangers others.
  • Affiliates must not use redirect URLs, forced clicks, or open the House of Decant website within an HTML frame.

    6. Enforcement
  • Affiliates found in breach of these terms will be contacted by the programme management team.
  • Continued or serious breach may result in commission reversal and suspension from the programme.
  • House of Decant reserves the right to immediately terminate any affiliate relationship and decline accrued commissions in cases of serious or persistent breach.
