The Grain Connect Affiliate Programme will only accept Partners who align with the same values and ethics.
Grain Connect reserves the right to terminate these terms and its agreement with the Partner immediately where this isn’t, or ceases to be, the case, which would include where Partner promotes, either directly through content on its website, or indirectly by partnering with organisations who promote content on their websites, which:
- Infringe and/or encourage others to infringe third party intellectual property rights (including to circumvent ownership or licensing restrictions)
Contain sexual or explicit images or content - Contain references to or encourage gambling
Contain content which promotes or incites hatred, violence, offensive or abusive behaviour, or discrimination (in whatever form)
Contain content which is illegal or which promotes illegal activities, or which is fraudulent or misleading.
Is in breach of law or regulation, including UK GDPR
Grain Connect otherwise considers to be contrary to the values, ethics and standards it expects from any third party associated with it.
