3. Intellectual Property
Affiliates must respect RK Royal Kludge’s intellectual property rights. Copying or replicating RK products, content, or branding without permission is prohibited. Use of trademarks, logos, and branding must follow our brand guidelines.
4. Pay-Per-Sale Advertising
Affiliates are encouraged to engage in Pay-Per-Sale (PPS) campaigns. Commissions are earned based on actual sales provided exclusively through the affiliate platform.
5. Disclosures
Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with RK Royal Kludge in accordance with applicable regulations, including FTC guidelines or local advertising rules.
6. Prohibited Content
Affiliates may not use content that is offensive, defamatory, sexually explicit, politically sensitive, or otherwise controversial. Content that misrepresents RK products or brand is strictly prohibited.
7. Multiple Accounts & Fraud
Creating multiple accounts or engaging in fraudulent activity, including generating fake sales or clicks, is strictly prohibited. Violation may result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of any outstanding commissions.
8. Termination
Violation of any terms in this agreement may result in termination from the program and forfeiture of any outstanding commissions.
9. Modifications
RK Royal Kludge reserves the right to modify any terms and conditions in this agreement at any time. Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
