Program Terms

1. Program Overview

Welcome to the iYofe Affiliate Program. By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Our program is managed through Awin, and all affiliates must comply with Awin policies in addition to these rules.

2. Eligible Publishers

The following publisher types are allowed to promote our products:

  • Cashback / Deals websites ✅
  • Community / Forum websites ✅
  • Content / Blog websites ✅
  • Coupon websites ✅
  • Email marketing ✅
  • Loyalty programs ✅
  • Search / PPC (Generic keywords only, Brand keywords restricted) ✅
  • Retargeting / Behavioral ads ✅
  • Media agencies ❌ (not allowed)

Restrictions:
Affiliates may not promote our products on websites containing adult content, age-restricted products, illegal content, or misleading information.

3. Commission Structure
  • Commission is based on net product sale price only (excluding VAT, shipping, credit card fees, gift wrap, and other services).
  • Certain low-margin SKUs may not be eligible for commission.
  • Commissions will be denied if:
    • Orders are canceled
    • Items are returned
    • Customer credit is not approved
    • Affiliate violates program terms
    • Duplicate orders
    • Items out of stock
    • Other fraudulent or low-quality traffic

Commission adjustments:

  • Maximum reduction of standard commission: 30%
  • Notice period before reducing commission: 7 days
  • Minimum adjustment interval: 14 days
  • Minimum commission: USD 0.00 / 0%
4. PPC and Search Policy
  • Brand keywords (including misspellings or variations) are not allowed.
  • Generic/product category keywords are allowed.
  • Direct linking to Walmart product pages via PPC is restricted unless approved.
  • Affiliate sales from PPC brand terms or direct linking may be subject to commission denial.
  • Only approved affiliates may promote using brand-related keywords if explicitly authorized.
5. Data & Attribution
  • Affiliate sales may be de-duplicated with other online advertising channels for brand PPC, direct partnerships, and internal affiliate programs.
  • Sales from generic PPC, email campaigns, display, and price comparison are not de-duplicated.
6. Website & Technical Updates
  • Affiliates will be notified at least 7 days in advance of changes to program terms or website updates that may affect access.
  • In urgent technical situations, temporary downtime or immediate changes may occur without prior notice.
7. Affiliate Obligations
  • Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and Awin policies.
  • Affiliates must not engage in misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent promotion.
  • Affiliates are responsible for maintaining accurate promotional content and links.
  • Affiliates must respect copyright, trademark, and brand guidelines.
8. Termination
  • iYofe reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate for violating these terms.
  • Affiliates may terminate participation at any time through the Awin platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
  • iYofe is not responsible for any lost revenue, indirect damages, or legal issues arising from affiliate promotions that violate these terms.
