OD's Designer Clothing — Affiliate Programme Terms
1. Commission Structure
Publishers earn 8% commission on all confirmed sales generated through tracked Awin affiliate links. Commission is calculated on the net order value (excluding VAT, delivery charges, and any discounts applied). Commission is not payable on cancelled, returned, or fraudulent orders.
2. Cookie Window
We operate a 30-day cookie window on a last-click attribution model. If a customer clicks your affiliate link and completes a purchase within 30 days, the sale will be attributed to you, provided no other affiliate link is clicked in the interim.
3. Validation Period
All transactions are subject to a 30-day validation period. During this time, orders may be declined due to returns, cancellations, or breach of programme terms. Commission is paid on validated sales only.
4. Payment
Commission payments are processed monthly via Awin in accordance with Awin's standard payment terms and schedule.
5. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in commission reversal and/or programme removal:
- Brand bidding (using our brand name, variations, or misspellings in paid search)
- Cookie stuffing or forced clicks
- Misleading advertising or false claims about our products or offers
- Distributing unauthorised voucher or discount codes
- Purchasing through your own affiliate links (self-referral)
- Incentivised traffic without prior written approval
- Any activity that breaches UK advertising standards (ASA/CAP codes)
6. Content Guidelines
All promotional content must comply with UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) and CAP Code requirements. Affiliate relationships must be clearly disclosed in accordance with ASA guidelines. Content must not misrepresent our products, pricing, or brand values.
7. Voucher Codes
Only voucher codes officially provided by OD's Designer Clothing may be promoted. Unauthorised codes will result in commission being declined. Publishers must not create or distribute fabricated discount codes.
8. Returns Policy
Our standard returns window is 14 days from delivery. Commission on returned items will be reversed during the validation period.
9. Programme Changes
We reserve the right to modify commission rates, cookie duration, or programme terms with 7 days' written notice via Awin. Material changes will be communicated through the Awin platform.
