Validation Process
Transactions are validated after the order holding period (typically 30 days) to account for:

Chargebacks

Fraud checks

Voucher Codes

Only officially issued or approved voucher/discount codes may be promoted

Unauthorized codes or scraped offers will result in declined commissions

Cookie Period

Cookies are tracked in line with the affiliate platform’s standard attribution window (as per contract)

Consequences of Breach
Failure to comply with programme terms may result in:

Commission reversal

Temporary suspension

Permanent removal from the programme

Policy Breach Actions

First instance: warning issued

Repeated violations: commission reversal and/or removal from the programme

Commissionable Value

Commission is calculated on net order value only

Reasons for Declined Transactions
Transactions may be declined for:

Cancelled orders

Returned items

Chargebacks

Fraudulent activity

Use of unauthorized voucher codes

Breach of programme terms

Affiliates must:

Accurately represent products and brand positioning

Avoid exaggerated or misleading claims

Not make medical or disease-treatment claims

Clearly disclose affiliate relationships (FTC compliance)

Maintain high-quality, premium visual standards

Eternal Glow reserves the right to request content edits or removal if brand guidelines are not met.

Restricted Activities

Misrepresentation of the brand

Use of brand assets without approval (where required)

Standard rate: 20% per validated net sale

Paid monthly following a holding period (~30 days)

Eternal Glow reserves the right to adjust commission rates in line with programme strategy

Compliance with Network Rules

Commission rates will not be reduced by more than 20% within a 30-day period

A minimum of 7 days’ notice will be provided for any commission changes

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring accurate payment and tax details are submitted.

Attribution Model

Default: last-click attribution via affiliate tracking

De-Duplication Policy

Transactions may be de-duplicated against other paid marketing channels (e.g., paid search, paid social) to prevent double commission payments

The final attribution decision is based on predefined tracking rules

We remain transparent in attribution logic to ensure fairness across all partners.
