2. Eligibility
Affiliates must meet the following criteria:

Operate a website, blog, social media account, or other online platform.
Comply with all applicable laws and AWIN’s affiliate policies.
3. Enrollment Process
To join the Bootime Affiliate Program:
Submit an application via the AWIN platform.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Await approval from the Bootime affiliate team. Bootime reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates agree to:
Promote Bootime e-bikes in a truthful and ethical manner.
Avoid misleading claims or deceptive marketing practices.
Use only authorized marketing materials provided by Bootime.
Refrain from bidding on Bootime-branded keywords in paid search campaigns.
5. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn up to 10% commission on qualifying sales.
Commissions are tracked via AWIN and apply to sales made within the 30-day cookie period.
No commissions will be paid on canceled or refunded orders.
6. Payment Terms
Payments are processed through AWIN’s system.
Commissions are subject to a validation period to account for returns, cancellations, or adjustments.
Minimum payout thresholds apply in accordance with AWIN’s policies.
7. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not:
Engage in spamming, fraudulent activities, or unethical marketing.
Use unauthorized promotional methods, including misleading advertisements.
Represent themselves as employees or official representatives of Bootime.
Promote Bootime on websites or platforms containing illegal, violent, or adult content.
8. Intellectual Property
Affiliates may use Bootime’s trademarks, logos, and marketing materials solely for authorized promotional purposes.
Modifying Bootime’s materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship with written notice through AWIN.
Bootime reserves the right to terminate affiliates immediately for engaging in prohibited activities.
Upon termination, affiliates must cease all use of Bootime’s intellectual property and promotional materials.
10. Limitation of Liability
Bootime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.
Bootime does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to its website or affiliate tracking systems.
11. Modifications
Bootime reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
