JAMES BARK offers a 15% commission on all valid and approved sales generated through affiliate links. Commission is calculated on net sales (excluding taxes, shipping, returns, and cancellations). All transactions are subject to approval, and any returned, canceled, or fraudulent orders will not be eligible for commission. Standard AWIN payment terms and validation processes apply.
Affiliates are encouraged to promote JAMES BARK through content creation, social media, websites, and email marketing (opt-in only). However, certain practices are strictly prohibited, including bidding on brand keywords (such as “JAMES BARK” or variations), use of unauthorized discount codes, misleading promotions, spam, or incentivized traffic. All promotional activities must align with ethical and performance-based marketing standards.
Affiliates must represent JAMES BARK in a clean, premium, and consistent manner, respecting brand identity and positioning. The use of official brand assets is recommended. JAMES BARK reserves the right to update commission structures or program terms at any time and may remove affiliates who do not comply with these guidelines.
