Program Overview
The Viva Raw Affiliate Program is designed to partner with pet advocates to promote Viva Raw’s fresh pet products.
By joining the Program, affiliates agree to the following terms and conditions.
Eligibility & Participation
The Program is currently open to U.S.-based affiliates only.
Viva Raw reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion.
Affiliates must maintain accurate and up-to-date account and payment information.

Access to:
- Exclusive product launches and campaigns, including limited-edition novel protein releases

Product seeding:
- Initial 12 lbs of product (adjusted based on number of pets)
- Ongoing samples may be provided based on performance and engagement
Commissions & Payments
- Affiliates earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through their referral link or code.
- A minimum payout threshold of $30 USD must be met before payments are issued.
- Payments are issued on a scheduled basis (to be defined internally, e.g., monthly/Net-30).
Commission Adjustments
Viva Raw reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions in the event that a referral order is:
- Refunded
- Cancelled
- Charged back
- Identified as fraudulent or invalid
Promotion Guidelines & Compliance
Affiliates must:
- Follow all applicable laws and regulations, including FTC endorsement guidelines
- Clear and conspicuous disclosure of affiliate relationships is required (e.g., #ad, #affiliate)
- Promote Viva Raw in a truthful, authentic, and non-misleading manner
- Use genuine promotional methods only (no spam, deceptive practices, or unauthorized paid ads using Viva branding)
- Viva Raw reserves the right to request edits or removal of any content that does not align with brand or compliance standards.
Activity Requirements
Affiliates are expected to remain active participants in the Program.
Accounts with prolonged inactivity may:
- Receive reminder communications
- Be paused or removed from the Program at Viva Raw’s discretion
Program Modifications & Termination
Viva Raw reserves the right to:
- Modify Program terms, commission structures, or benefits at any time
- Suspend or terminate affiliate participation at any time, with or without notice
- Affiliates may also leave the Program at any time by notifying the Viva Raw team.
General Terms
Participation in the Program does not create any employment, agency, or partnership relationship.
Affiliates may not represent themselves as official employees or spokespeople of Viva Raw.
Viva Raw branding, trademarks, and assets may only be used with permission and in accordance with brand guidelines.
