Thank you for choosing Pier Augé. This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through our website, pieraugeusa.com, operated by PIERAUGE US INC.
We are pleased to announce that we now offer shipping services to the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
1. Shipping Rates & Destinations
United States (Continental)
Free Shipping: Available on all orders of $70.00 and up.
Standard Shipping (Orders under $70): Fees are calculated based on total shipment weight:
0 lb – 0.10 lb: $1.50
0.11 lb – 0.22 lb: $3.99
0.22 lb and up: $7.50
Canada:
- FREE Shipping on orders of $180.00 and up.
Orders under $180: $18.00 Flat Rate.
Mexico：
Flat Rate Shipping: A fixed fee of $18.00 applies to all orders, regardless of package weight.
2. Shipping Areas & Restrictions
U.S. Domestic: We ship to addresses within the continental United States only. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.), or APO/FPO/Military addresses.
International: We currently provide shipping services to Canada and Mexico.
Force Majeure & Limitations: PIERAUGE US INC reserves the right to suspend shipping or cancel orders due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to:
Political factors, international trade sanctions, or changes in government import/export policies.
Natural disasters, strikes, or major logistical disruptions.
Strict local customs regulations specific to skincare products.
In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund will be issued for the unfulfilled portion of the order.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Canada & Mexico)
For orders shipped to Canada and Mexico, please be advised:
All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
The $18.00 flat rate covers shipping and handling only. It does not include import duties, value-added taxes (VAT/GST/IVA), or customs clearance fees.
These additional charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
4. Processing & Delivery Times
Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (ET) on business days. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day.
Transit Time:
U.S. Domestic: 3–5 business days after shipment.
Canada & Mexico: Estimated 7–15 business days (subject to customs clearance speed).
Total Delivery Time: Handling Time + Transit Time.
5. Order Tracking & Partners
Shipping Partners: Our primary carriers include USPS, UPS, and FedEx, along with reliable international courier services for cross-border shipments.
Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your shipment via the carrier’s website or through our "Track Your Order" page on pieraugeusa.com.
6. Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. While we cannot guarantee changes after this window, we will do our best to assist before the order is processed.
