Codes obtained from customer communications
VIP or exclusive customer segment codes
Consequences: Commission will be declined or reversed for transactions using unauthorized codes. Repeat violations may result in commission rates set to 0% or program suspension. |

- PPC/Search: No bidding on brand terms (Seahorse Chocolate, Seahorse Choc, SeahorseChocolate.com, or misspellings) without written approval. Violation results in commission set to 0%.
- Coupon Sites: Only promote codes provided through Awin. Using unauthorized codes (from email campaigns, VIP segments, etc.) voids commission.
- Cookie Stuffing: Strictly prohibited. Auto-opening affiliate links, invisible iframes, or forced redirects will result in immediate suspension.
- Brand Bidding: No Google Shopping/CSS bidding on our brand without approval.
- Content Quality: All promotional content must be brand-aligned and accurate. No misleading claims about discounts or exclusivity. |
