Before applying to join the Pretty Polly Affiliate Programme, please ensure you meet the following requirements:
Compliance with Advertising Laws:
Your website must not host or promote content that violates any laws or regulations related to false or deceptive advertising.
Trademark & Copyright Protection:
All marketing materials and website content owned by Pretty Polly Ltd are protected by trademark and copyright laws. Affiliates are prohibited from directly or indirectly bidding on the trademark "Pretty Polly" or any variations or confusingly similar terms.
No Doorway Pages:
Creating doorway pages that target searches for "Pretty Polly" is strictly prohibited.
No Masked URLs:
The use of masked URLs, including "Add to Favourites" buttons that obscure the destination URL, is not allowed.
User-Friendly Navigation:
Your site must allow users to navigate using their browser’s back button without restriction.
Creatives and Branding
Pretty Polly will provide official creatives in line with brand guidelines. If you wish to modify any creatives, you must first contact the Pretty Polly Team at Affiliates@courtaulds.com and submit your version for approval in accordance with the provided specifications.
Specific Terms & Conditions
- Commission will be paid to new and existing customers.
- Commission is paid on all products available on the Pretty Polly website.
- The transaction value that commissions are paid on exclude VAT and all other taxes, surcharges and any additional costs such as delivery are not included.
- Commission is not paid on gift cards.
Voucher Code Transactions
Please note that any transactions made using non-affiliate promotional codes and those not available in the Awin interface (such as CRM codes, including but not limited to Welcome codes, SMS codes, Welcome Back codes, etc.) will be excluded from affiliate rewards. Transactions using these codes will be subject to cancellation and no affiliate commission will be paid.
Paid Search Activity
The following rules relate to activity through paid sponsored listings for all search engines and are relevant for all terms listed in the Advertiser Brand Terms section below.
The following activities are not allowed on the programme:
- Bidding on exact match brand terms
- Bidding on misspellings of brand terms
- Bidding on variations of the brand terms
- Direct linking
- Broad matching on brand terms
Publishers must not display the advertiser’s brand name in the Display URL or Title & Ad Copy.
