Program Overview
The Denimist affiliate program partners with premium publishers, fashion editors, and content creators whose audiences align with the Denimist brand aesthetic and customer profile.
All publisher applications are subject to manual review and approval. Denimist reserves the right to decline or remove publishers at its sole discretion.
Approved Promotional Channels
Denimist welcomes partnerships with the following publisher types:
• Fashion and lifestyle editorial publishers
• Personal style and fashion blogs
• Influencers and content creators
• Curated shopping and fashion discovery platforms
• Email newsletters with opt-in audiences
All placements should present Denimist within a premium editorial environment.
Prohibited Promotional Methods
The following promotional tactics are not permitted:
• Coupon, discount, or promo code websites
• Deal aggregation platforms
• Browser extensions or toolbars
• Pop-ups, adware, or forced redirects
• Incentivized traffic including points, rewards, or sweepstakes
• Sub-affiliate networks without prior written approval
• Domain names containing the Denimist trademark
Denimist reserves the right to reverse commissions generated through prohibited methods.
Paid Search Policy
Paid search advertising is not permitted.
Affiliates may not bid on Denimist brand terms, misspellings, or variations of the brand name in any search engine marketing campaigns.
Direct linking to the Denimist website from paid search advertisements is not permitted.
Coupon & Promotional Codes
Affiliates may only promote coupon codes that are explicitly provided through the affiliate program.
Promotion of unauthorized or scraped codes is strictly prohibited and may result in commission reversals and removal from the program.
Branding & Trademark Use
Affiliates must use only approved Denimist brand assets when available.
The Denimist trademark may not be used in domain names, social media handles, or paid advertising.
Publishers must present Denimist in a manner consistent with the brand's premium positioning.
Transactions & Commission
Commission is paid on valid completed transactions excluding shipping, taxes, cancelled orders, and returned merchandise.
If an order is cancelled or refunded, the associated commission will be reversed.
Attribution
The program operates on a last-click attribution model through AWIN.
Loyalty & Cashback Publishers
Cashback and loyalty publishers are not permitted to join the program unless explicitly approved by Denimist.
Authorized Technology Partners
Denimist may work with selected technology partners that support conversion optimization, remarketing, or customer experience on the Denimist website.
These partners may appear within the affiliate program for tracking purposes and are authorized by Denimist.
Publishers may not replicate, imitate, or compete with these technologies without prior written approval from Denimist.
Click Injection & Traffic Transparency
Affiliates may not use technology that forces clicks or sets tracking cookies without a genuine user-initiated action.
Methods including forced redirects, hidden iframes, automatic cookie drops, or click injection are strictly prohibited.
Publishers must accurately disclose the websites or channels where Denimist links are promoted. Denimist reserves the right to request traffic source information at any time.
